How to submit a request
- Email us from the address registered to your Tikal Sunbound account.
Use accounts@tikal.online with the subject “Tikal Sunbound account deletion request.” - Include enough information to locate the account.
Provide your account email and, if available, one character name. Do not send your password or a sign-in token. - Complete verification if requested.
We may ask you to confirm control of the registered email before processing a permanent deletion.
What deletion covers
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated character profiles, progression, inventory, social relationships and other game state that we are not required to keep. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Some information may remain for a limited time in backups until those backups are overwritten. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, moderation, security or legal records when reasonably necessary or required by law. Those records will not be used to continue normal gameplay.
Subscriptions and payment records
Deleting your game account may not automatically cancel an active subscription handled by Stripe, Apple, Google or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription through the provider's management tools before requesting deletion. The provider may keep billing records under its own legal obligations.
Before you continue
- Save any information you want to keep.
- Resolve open purchases, refunds or support cases where possible.
- Make sure you can receive email at the registered address.
